Camps are Gwen’s Q battery: if a fight is coming, preload four stacks on a camp or objective and spend E to place the center snip or follow the first juke, not just to taxi into range
Fight on the seam of W, with the mist edge cutting off the peel or burst you care about, and keep cutting the body trapped inside even when that body is the frontliner
Only gank when the lane has already volunteered the route or setup; otherwise keep clearing, because Gwen’s recent window is much stronger when her first component lands around 8-10 minutes than when it slips into 12-15
When you are behind, stop paying twice for the same mistake. Do not try to repair the game with repeated thin ganks or forced invades; keep your camps moving, take the cross-map trade, and look for the fight where someone has to walk into you instead of you chasing them through open space. Enter those fights loaded if you can, with Q stacks from a camp or objective, and use W to cut off the ranged answer while you stay on the champion already in your space. Your job is to stay active without volunteering another setback.
Gwen's attacks deal bonus magic damage based on the targets health. She heals for a portion of the damage dealt to champions by this effect.
Gwen snips her scissors in a cone up to 6 times dealing magic damage. Gwen deals true damage to units in the center and applies her passive to them on each snip.
Gwen summons mist that protects her from enemies outside of it. She can only be targeted by enemies who enter the mist.
Gwen dashes a short distance then gains Attack Speed, attack range, and magic damage On-Hit for a few seconds. If she hits an enemy during that time, this Ability's cooldown is partially refunded.
Gwen hurls a needle that slows enemies hit, deals magic damage, and applies A Thousand Cuts to champions hit. This ability can be cast up to two more times, with each cast throwing additional needles and dealing more damage.
